John Pitts

John Pitts is currently the Head of Policy at Plaid, where John works to empower innovators by delivering access to the financial system through their financial data network. Prior to their current role, John served as the Deputy Assistant Director in Intergovernmental Affairs at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. John also worked as an Attorney Advisor in Intergovernmental Affairs at the same organization before joining Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a Managing Associate. John holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an A.B. in Political Science from Kenyon College.
