Marisa Ruiz

Marisa Ruiz serves as the EA Team Lead at Plaid since January 2021, with a background that includes roles as Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, CMO, and interim EA to the CEO. Prior to Plaid, Marisa worked at Lyft from February 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included support for senior executives within the People Team and Public Policy departments. Marisa also gained foundational experience as a recruiter and office manager at Premier Talent Partners and held teaching and coaching positions at Cherry Creek School District and Littleton Public Schools. Marisa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education with a focus in History and a minor in Sociology from Arizona State University.
