Maria Pequeño has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maria began their career in 2000 as a Programmer at Afina, where they managed internal network systems and developed portals using Java technology. In 2001, they joined Grupo SCA as a Programmer Analyst. From 2004 to 2007, Maria worked at Avanade as a Solution Developer, managing development teams and implementing business solutions in Microsoft technologies.

In 2007, Maria transitioned to MatchMind as a Consultant, specializing in presales activities and component development for banking businesses. Maria returned to Avanade in 2004 as a Solution Developer, contributing to the management of development teams, architectural designs, and database administration.

Maria joined ilitia Technologies in 2008 as an Account Manager and Channel Manager. During their tenure, they excelled in sales and developed strong business relationships with partners such as Microsoft Services, Indra, Nextel, GFI, and ATOS / Bull.

In 2013, Maria became a Co-founder of Appcierta, where they contributed to the company's growth and success until 2018. Maria then returned to Plain Concepts in 2014 as an Account Manager, focusing on selling business solutions and helping enterprises implement projects on Microsoft Azure Services. Maria played a vital role in building trust and confidence with customers in various sectors such as broadcasters, retail, insurance, banking, and health.

Maria's most recent role was as a Manager of Business Development at Avanade, starting in 2021. Their responsibilities included overseeing business development activities, showcasing strong negotiation skills, and effective presentation abilities. Maria is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Plain Concepts since April 2023.
