Chrystah Carter

Chrystah Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and compliance within the finance and mortgage industries. Currently serving as Health Safety Environment Supervisor at Plains All American since December 2013, Chrystah is the OQ Administrator and Chair of the API OQ Working Group, having previously held the Vice Chair position.
