Gregory Starling

Gregory Starling has extensive experience in business development and energy sector roles, currently focusing on low carbon and emerging energy opportunities at Plains All American since March 2019. Prior roles include pipeline business development at Atlas Petroleum Markets LLC from 2014 to 2019, and various positions at Plains All American between 2009 and 2014, including crude oil broker and pipeline commercial operations. Gregory's background also includes strategic sourcing management at PowerAdvocate and management consulting at Aviano AB, Italy. Earlier military service as Captain and 1st Lieutenant in the USAF spanned assignments in Afghanistan and Turkey. Gregory holds an MBA from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
