Joe Watkins has over a decade of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions Business Development at Plains All American since October 2012. Prior roles include Business Development M&A and Fundamentals Analyst, focusing on crude oil and energy markets analysis, as well as various positions in crude oil marketing and blending. Prior to Plains All American, Joe Watkins worked at Koch Industries from November 2010 to October 2012 in gasoline blending, covering regions such as the US Gulf Coast, New York Harbor, and Northwest Europe. Joe Watkins began a career at Merrill Lynch as a Natural Gas Analyst from December 2008 to November 2010. Joe Watkins holds a Finance degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
