Kevin Essner

Kevin Essner possesses extensive experience in project management and construction management, currently serving as a Project Manager and Construction Manager at Plains All American since September 2019. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Senior Manager of Project Controls at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP from September 2017 to July 2019 and various roles at Plains All American, including Manager of Project Controls and Senior Project Controls Engineer, from November 2012 to September 2017. Kevin's career began with a role as a Senior Cost Controller at Technip from July 2006 to November 2012, as well as positions at LA Utilities Inc. and Kiewit. Academically, Kevin earned a Master of Construction Engineering degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University.
