Luke Fraser

Luke Fraser is an experienced attorney currently serving as Counsel and Attorney III at Plains All American since September 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing claims and litigation related to personal injury, property damage, business and environmental torts, bankruptcy, insurance, and employment disputes while managing outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to this role, Luke was an Associate Attorney at Eggleston & Briscoe, LLP from October 2010 to September 2015, where significant experience in trial and pre-trial proceedings was gained. Earlier career experiences include a Summer Associate position in the oil and gas litigation department at Porter & Hedges, and judicial internships with the United States Bankruptcy Court and U.S. District Court, providing substantial research and drafting support. Luke holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
