Jason Carter

Jason Carter is the Director of Operations at Plains Midstream Canada, overseeing the Empress Area/PPTC with 195 employees. Previously, Jason worked at Spectra Energy for 15 years in various roles such as Area Business Leader and North Montney Expansion Lead. Jason also has experience as a Lead Ops at Talisman Energy and holds degrees in Gas Process Operator and Third Class Power Engineer from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
