Caroline Medlin

Caroline Medlin is a Credit Analyst in the Banker Development Program at PlainsCapital Bank, starting in July 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline gained experience as a Team Member at ChillN Nitrogen Ice Cream, where responsibilities included customer service and shop maintenance from July 2022 to July 2023. In addition, Caroline served as the Vice President of Community Relations for Tri Delta from January 2020 to July 2023, leading chapter initiatives and collaborating with the Panhellenic Council. Other leadership roles within Tri Delta included Director of Lifetime Membership and Fundraising Chair. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and an Accounting Minor from Texas Christian University, where attendance lasted from August 2019 to May 2023, along with a brief educational experience at John Cabot University in May 2022. Previous experience also includes serving as a Camp Counselor at Camp Mystic from June 2019 to June 2021.
