Tom Pulley

Tom Pulley is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at PlainsCapital Bank since February 2022, Tom previously held the position of President for the Southlake Market at First National Bank from September 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, Tom was Executive Vice President and Senior Lender at First Financial Bank Texas from January 2020 to September 2021. Tom's career at PlainsCapital Bank also included serving as President of Dallas Renaissance and Republic Center, as well as Executive Vice President from October 2007 to January 2020. Additional experience includes serving as President Mid-Cities at Citizens National Bank of Fort Worth and as Senior Vice President at Citizens State Bank of Woodville, TX. Tom also held the position of Senior Vice President at First Preference Mortgage Corp. Tom Pulley earned a BBA in Marketing, Real Estate, and Finance from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business.
