Chris Kurtz

Chris Kurtz is a seasoned business owner with a diverse portfolio, currently managing multiple dry cleaning ventures, including Plainview Cleaners, Budget Dry Cleaners, and New Albany Steam and Dry Cleaning, all since October 2022. In addition to these roles, Chris has led KF Properties LLC since April 2017. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavors, Chris built a solid career in the insurance industry, serving as an Insurance Advisor at USI Insurance Services from December 2020 to November 2022, at Logan Lavelle Hunt from August 2018 to December 2020, and at State Farm ® from December 2016 to August 2018. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Louisville.
