Patrick Dougherty

Patrick Dougherty's work experience begins in 2001 at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, where they worked in accounts payable until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Administrative Assistant at Asbury~Solomons Island. Patrick then became a Home Care Systems Coordinator at Asbury~Solomons Island from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Human Resources Representative and later Senior Human Resources Generalist at ASBURY SOLOMONS ISLAND. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Benefits & Compensation Coordinator at Asbury Communities, Inc. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Asbury Place At Maryville. In 2019, they briefly served as a Human Resources Generalist II at Provision Healthcare. In 2020, they became a Business Manager at Tennova Healthcare until 2022. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Kohl's in various roles, including Sales Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, and Operations Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Human Resources Director and VP of People, Education, Cultural Management at Plainview Healthcare, starting in 2021.

Patrick Dougherty obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Maryland University College in 2012. Additionally, they received a certification as a Certified Professional in Aging Services Risk Management from the Center for Aging Services Risk Management in June 2013.
