Marisol Lang Navarro has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2013. Marisol began their career as a Research Assistant & Academic Tutor at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Műnchen. Marisol then moved on to become a Student Assistant - PR in healthcare at MW Office GmbH, a Team Assistant at BSH Home Appliances Group, a PR & Digital Marketing at Bragi, and an Employment Marketing at Airbus. In 2018, they joined Eurofighter Jagdflugzeug GmbH as a Commercial Project Leader, where they were responsible for negotiation of contracts, side letters, subcontracts and Terms & Conditions. Marisol also prepared Commercial Proposals to the Customer taking into account internal rules and Bid Process. Additionally, they were involved in Stakeholder Management, aligning and agreeing terms between NATO Agency on behalf of Four Customer Nations and Four Partner Companies. In 2020, Marisol joined Airbus Defence and Space as a Project Controller @ Airbus Cybersecurity and a member of the Airbus Finance NextGen Leadership Program, where they launched and led initiatives and projects to optimise the program and the Finance community. Currently, they hold the role of Customer Success Manager at Plan A.

Marisol Lang Navarro's education history includes a Master's Degree in Classical Archaeology from the University of Oxford, which they obtained between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Műnchen between 2011 and 2014. Marisol also attended Queen Mary University of London between 2014 and 2015, studying Languages, Linguistics and Film. Additionally, Marisol has obtained several certifications, including The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in 2021, Accounting: Principles of Financial Accounting from Coursera in 2020, Finance for Non-Finance Professionals from Coursera in 2020, Microsoft Excel 2013 Advanced from AS Computertraining in 2018, Microsoft Word 2013 Advanced from AS Computertraining in 2018, and CAE and CPE from Cambridge Assessment in 2015.
