Quadri Lasisi

Quadri Lasisi has held various roles in the tech industry since 2015. Quadri began their career as a Web Developer at C-Loreto Properties Ltd, where they revamped the company website and developed a construction project monitoring platform. In 2016, they were among the 10 finalists from over 1000 interns during the first edition of HNG internship and continued as a contract Software Developer at Hotels.ng, producing the first version of the corporate portal and developing the events portal. In 2017, they held roles as a Contract Software Engineer at NASD OTC Securities Exchange and a Data Analyst at Magma Technical Services Nigeria Limited. At NASD, they developed a platform/product that generated over $30,000 in revenue within the first 3 months of product launch. At Magma, they generated data on homes affected by various degrees of fire incidents and automated the core business process. In 2018, they became a Partner/Backend Engineer at cuitcode, where they oversaw overall business success across all functions and executed solutions that aided business growth and development. In 2020, they became a Back End Developer at ABOUT YOU GmbH. Currently, they are a Senior Backend Engineer (PHP) at Plan A.

Quadri Lasisi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University between 2010 and 2017. In addition, they have obtained certifications from various institutions including Coursera, LinkedIn, Udemy, Chartered Institute of Project Management and edX. These certifications include Crash Course on Python, Using Python to Interact with the Operating System, Kubernetes: Microservices, Kubernetes: Native Tools, Learning Kubernetes, Scrum: The Basics, Strategic Negotiation, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, React.js, Project Management and edX Honor Code Certificate for Programming in Scratch.
