Oleh Horodchanin is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various recruitment roles since 2011. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter and Head of the Recruitment Department at Plan A Technologies since January 2020, Oleh is responsible for implementing new recruiting tools, managing the recruitment process, establishing department budgets, and mentoring a team of recruiters. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at Prof.UA, Team Lead Manager at Zero to One Search, IT Technical Recruiter at HiGHLiNE Recruiting, and IT Recruiter at Vital Partners LLC, among others. Oleh's expertise encompasses a wide array of recruiting methods, candidate assessment techniques, and HR processes, complemented by a Master's degree in Economy of Enterprise from Poltava State Agrarian Academy.
