Kate Janson

Kate Janson has extensive experience in humanitarian assistance and program management, currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Plan International Canada since May 2018, previously holding the position of Program Manager in the same field. Before this role, Kate worked at War Child Canada from September 2013 to May 2018 as a Project Officer and Project Assistant for International Programs. Additional experience includes a position as Reports Officer at the World Food Programme, along with roles as an International Program Assistant at Humber College and a Substitute Teacher with Upper Canada District School Board. Kate's educational background includes an Ontario Graduate Certificate in International Development from Humber College, a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History from McGill University.
