Nikhil Sharma

Nikhil Sharma is an experienced professional in waste management and operations management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - Rural Lead at PLAN Foundation since April 2025, Nikhil focuses on transforming rural villages into Swachh Villages. Prior to this role, Nikhil held the position of Senior Lead Supply Chain and MRF Operations at Recity from June 2022 to March 2025. Nikhil's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Operations Manager at Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd, overseeing a municipal waste process and disposal compost plant, as well as working as Project Manager at International Waste Management Pvt Ltd, leading a mechanized road sweeping initiative for the Indore Municipal Corporation. Nikhil holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from KCB Technical Academy.
