Carol Donnelly

Carol Donnelly has extensive experience in the field of HR and operations, having held various roles at Plan International USA and Plan USA. With a background in communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island, Carol's responsibilities have included overseeing HR strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and facilities management. As the VP of Human Resources & Operations, Carol also played a key role in setting and directing messaging and branding guidelines during their time as Director of Communications at Plan USA.
