Jessica Matherne

Jessica Matherne has extensive experience in franchise performance and operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Franchise Performance at HOTWORX since 2017 and as Vice President of Operations & Performance at Planet Beach Franchising Corporation since 2001. In these roles, Jessica has focused on strengthening brand presence at the franchise unit level through local marketing, staff management, and new business startups. Prior to these positions, Jessica owned GymMatrix Marrero and held the role of Senior Director of Operations & Brand Manager for GymMatrix Franchising Systems. Additionally, Jessica has a background in managing Planet Beach Contempo Spa locations and began their career at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Jessica holds education from the University of New Orleans and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
