Jennifer Jung

Jennifer Jung, PHR has a strong background in total rewards and people operations. Jennifer is currently the Sr. Director of Total Rewards & People Operations at Planet DDS. Prior to this, they held the same role at Lytx, Inc. where they worked from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Jennifer worked at Zovio, initially as the VP of Total Rewards & People Operations, and then as the Sr. Director of People Operations. Jennifer also served as the Sr. Director of Benefits at Bridgepoint Education from 2009 to 2019. Before that, they owned their own business, HR Innovative Services, from 2007 to 2015. Jennifer started their career at SCME Mortgage Bankers, Inc. in 2003 as the Senior Benefits Manager and HRIS Specialist before moving on to Kratos Defense and Security Solutions as the Benefits Manager in 2009. Overall, Jennifer has a wealth of experience in managing employee benefits, HR operations, and implementing effective HRIS systems.

Jennifer Jung, PHR completed their HR Certification from UC San Diego in the field of Human Resources from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
