Prior to these roles, Michael had a 30-year career at AT&T, where multiple roles were undertaken in Upstate New York. Michael's education includes ongoing studies at Siena College since 1981 and Onondaga Community College since 1980, along with participation in multiple professional development courses offered by AT&T between 1984 and 2009.
