Shannon Minnis

Shannon Minnis is a marketing and social media professional with extensive experience in reputation management and training development. Currently serving as the Social Media & Reputation Specialist at Planet Fitness since September 2023, Shannon previously volunteered as a Social Media Content Creator for the Community for Permanent Supported Housing. Prior roles include Online Reputation Management Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator at UHS, and Director of Training and Development at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing and strategic marketing initiatives. Shannon began a career in marketing as a Marketing Intern at Chick-fil-A Corporate and has held various positions in education and communications. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Management, from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, graduating Cum Laude.
