Eric Ramos has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Planet Hollywood International since May 2015, Eric manages four departments with teams ranging from 25 to 110 employees. Prior experience includes working as a Passenger Service Agent for Swissport from April 2013 to May 2015, where responsibilities included providing assistance to special passengers under the Virgin Atlantic Airways account. Earlier in the career, Eric was a Supervisor at Vitos Pizza and Pasta Inc from January 2007 to January 2014, specializing in Italian cuisine and overseeing kitchen staff. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Valencia College.
