Daniel Gray

Daniel Gray has a strong background in the legal field with a focus on compliance and general counsel roles in the mortgage and financial services industry. Daniel began their career as an Attorney at Harmon Law Offices, P.C. in 1992 and later joined Fannie Mae as an Associate General Counsel in 1997. In 2010, they served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at National Bankruptcy Services.com LLC before moving to Nationstar Mortgage in 2011. At Nationstar Mortgage, they held various roles including Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel, and Senior Vice President, Government Relations. In 2014, they were appointed as the Executive Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Nationstar Mortgage. Gray then moved to Guardian Mortgage Company, Inc. in 2015 to serve as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. In 2016, they joined Pacific Union Financial, LLC as the Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and later took on the additional role of Chief Compliance Officer. Their most recent position is at Planet Home Lending, LLC, where they hold the title of Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

Daniel Gray received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they attended Suffolk University Law School from 1987 to 1990, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree in Law.
