Don Pape

Don Pape has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Don is currently working as an Application Support Technician at Planet Home Lending, LLC since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Sr. Desktop Support Analyst at K&L Gates from July 2019 to February 2021.

Before joining K&L Gates, Don worked at National Mortgage Insurance Corporation as a Desktop Analyst from November 2018 to July 2019. Don'sresponsibilities included providing desktop and Windows account administration and support, addressing user problems, and ensuring timely communication.

Don also has experience as a Sr. Desktop Support at Planet Home Lending, LLC from March 2015 to November 2018. Don managed a remote IT team, created technical documentation, and maintained user accounts, file and print servers, and Active Directory accounts.

Don began their career as a Technical Consultant at Gartner from December 2005 to January 2009, where they provided desktop support, collaborated with technical events services team, and tested and documented system design and functionality.

Don also worked as a Technical Consultant at The California PC Doctor from March 2000 to November 2003, and as a Technician at CompUSA from September 1999 to March 2000.

Before entering the IT field, they were a self-employed Signing Agent contracted with title companies to conduct home loan signings throughout the Bay Area from 1998 to 2000.

Don Pape completed their education at DeVry University from 2000 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended College of Alameda from 1993 to 1995, although no degree or field of study information is available for that period.
