Tony Zezzo

Tony Zezzo's work experience begins in 1996 with CohnReznick LLP, where they worked as a Senior Associate until 1998. Tony then joined Lehman Brothers as an Associate from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they worked at Kennedy Wilson as a Vice President from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2008, Zezzo served as Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager at ING Clarion Capital with primary responsibility for identifying, sourcing, and evaluating investment opportunities. Tony then joined Carlton Group (CSV Capital) as Managing Director from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Zezzo co-founded Oakhurst Capital Advisors, where they served as Co-Managing Principal until 2014. During their time at Oakhurst, Zezzo sourced and executed principal investments in joint ventures and managed a distressed loan portfolio. From 2014 to 2016, Zezzo worked at Metacapital Management as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Consultant, responsible for developing a direct bridge lending platform and a commercial real estate finance fund. Zezzo then served as Co-Managing Principal at KDL Capital Partners from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they were the VP of Credit - Head of Credit, Portfolio Management, and Special Servicing at Walnut Street Finance. Currently, Zezzo holds the position of Chief Credit Risk Officer - Commercial Lending at Planet Home Lending, LLC, where they focus on residential transitional loans, single-family rental financing, and small-balance commercial lending.

Tony Zezzo holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from Columbia University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
