Troy Espinola has an extensive work experience in the automotive industry. TROY started their career as a Parts Advisor at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood in 2004, where they improved inventory management and on-time delivery. TROY then became a Parts Manager at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk in 2002, where they oversaw operations of the technician parts counter and built strong relationships with wholesale customers. In 2015, they joined SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service as a Tire Manager, where they established a new tire business for multiple franchises. After that, they worked at The Herb Chambers Companies as a Parts Manager, responsible for managing the technician parts counter and optimizing staff productivity. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Parts Manager at Infiniti Of Nashua, negotiating pricing and terms with jobbers and distributors. Currently, they are working as a Fixed Operations Director at Planet Honda NH.
