Olga Granici

Olga Granici is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management, primarily within the European sector and various governmental agencies. Since October 2018, Olga has served as Team Lead for Customer Success at Planet, overseeing relationships with European institutions and the European Space Agency, while previously managing customer success for European government accounts. Prior to their role at Planet, Olga held various positions at SAP Concur and BlueLink International CZ, where responsibilities included customer functionality enablement and technical training. Additionally, Olga has experience in translation and administrative support roles. Olga holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Charles University, attained between 2008 and 2015.
