Scott McCormick

Scott McCormick is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Chief Security Officer at Planet since May 2023. McCormick is also active on several advisory boards, including The Cyber Guild, ChainSentry, and TalPoint. Long-term involvement with ICANN since 2007 includes roles in various committees, such as the Nominating Committee and the GNSO Councilor. McCormick has previously held prominent positions, including Chief Information Security Officer at Foursquare and Reciprocity, Inc., and has served as Head of Security Compliance at HackerOne. In addition to mentoring at Alchemist Accelerator, McCormick's educational background includes a B.S. in Geography & Environmental Planning from Towson University.
