Janina Woods (Gigi)

Janina "Gigi" Woods has extensive work experience in the mortgage and portfolio management industry. Janina "Gigi" began their career in 1988 at Sibley Mortgage Corporation, where they served as a Default Manager for seven years. In 1995, they joined First Federal Savings and Loan Assoc. as a Default Operations Manager before moving to North American Mortgage in 1998, where they worked in Transaction Management. Janina then joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2002 as a Director of Portfolio Management, where they played a significant role in managing relationships with key clients. In 2007, they joined Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC as an SVP, overseeing portfolio performance and relationship management. In this role, they managed strategic development, due diligence, and execution of loss mitigation strategies. Janina joined Planet Home Lending, LLC in 2016 as a Senior Vice President in Private Client Services, before later joining Planet Management Group in a similar role.

Janina "Gigi" Woods attended Monroe Community College from 1980 to 1982. During this time, they studied Business Administration and Management, but they did not receive a degree in this field.
