Kirsty Nowland

Kirsty Nowland currently serves as the Head of Planet Mark Academy at Planet Mark, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, Kirsty was the Global Head of Learning & Engagement at Alcumus from April 2019 to May 2025, and previously held various roles at Marks and Spencer, including Learning & Development Consultant and Store Visual Manager. Throughout these roles, Kirsty was responsible for delivering innovative learning and development solutions aligned with business strategies. Kirsty began a career at Marks and Spencer in 2002, progressing through several management positions. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Cardiff University. Kirsty also contributed to award-winning projects, such as the Cannes Corporate Media and TV Award-winning animation "Shape Up to Diversity."
