Giannis Margaritis

Giannis Margaritis currently serves as the Head of Development of Digital Solutions and Services at PLANET S.A. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Giannis held a significant position as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Leader at INTRASOFT International from March 2012 to March 2023, where management of a developer team focused on excise duties for the Greek customs was a key responsibility. Giannis also contributed as a Senior Software Engineer at Intracom IT Services from November 2008 to March 2012 and worked as a freelancer for the Hellenic Assurance Agency for Higher Education in late 2008. The initial career phase included a role as a Java Developer at Cyberstream from July 2006 to October 2008. Giannis holds a degree from the Technical University of Crete, completed between 1999 and 2005.
