Shivaraman Ramakrishnan

Shivaraman Ramakrishnan serves as the HR Head for India and Global HR Business Partner at Planet Smart City since October 2021, managing end-to-end people operations, legal compliance, and global HR initiatives. Previously, Shivaraman held the position of Regional Head of HR at Katalyst Technologies, focusing on organizational development, employee engagement, and HR operations for the India region from November 2018 to October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the HR Business Partner at ISYX Technologies, where responsibilities spanned HR processes and business partnership, and as a Senior HR Consultant at Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing a global HRIS system and employee engagement. Early career at Barclays involved managing people operations and budgeting for niche skill positions. Shivaraman holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Master's in Personnel Management from the University of Pune.
