Lidija Nikolic is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and corporate affairs. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Planeta Sport since December 2019, Lidija previously worked as an HR and Corporate Affairs Specialist at Galenika Fitofarmacija from January 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and coordinating HR activities. Prior to that, Lidija held the position of Corporate Affairs Associate at the same company from January 2009 to December 2015, focusing on performance management, HR service delivery, and strategic support for management. Additional experience includes roles as a Marketing Manager at The Best Solutions and Administrative Assistant at Inlingua Galindo Language Center. Lidija holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Graduate degree in Organizational Sciences from the University of Belgrade.
