Marija Novakov is an experienced professional in quality control and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Quality Controller for Customer Support at Planeta Sport since June 2021. Previously, Marija worked at dnata from August 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included monitoring service quality and providing training in the travel industry. Marija also held roles at Etihad Airways from February 2018 to August 2019, focusing on communication analysis and service coordination. Earlier experiences include teaching English at TutorABC and supervising children at The International School of Belgrade. Marija holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade.
