Marija Novakov is an experienced professional in quality control and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Quality Controller for Customer Support at Planeta Sport since June 2021. Previously, Marija worked at dnata from August 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included monitoring service quality and providing training in the travel industry.
