Bret Waterstradt

Vice President of Manufacturing at PlaneWave Instruments

Bret Waterstradt has held various roles in the manufacturing industry since 1989. Bret began their career at the Dundee Township Fire Department as the Assistant Fire Chief. In 1999, they joined Motor City Plastics Co. as an Automation Engineer. In 2008, they were promoted to Plant Manager and Engineering Manager at Motor City Plastics Co. Inc. Bret then moved to Topline Michigan, LLC in 2010 and held the same roles. In 2016, they accepted the position of Plant General Manager and Engineering Manager at Texen Dundee. Most recently, they have been the Vice President of Manufacturing and Production Manager at PlaneWave Instruments since 2018.

Bret Waterstradt attended Monroe County Community College, where they studied Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Bret then attended Washtenaw Community College, where they studied Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD.
