Arturs Janevics

Arturs Janevics has over 16 years of experience in software engineering and development. Arturs began their career in 2005 as a Web Developer at Europrojects. Arturs then moved to DMM Websolutions BV in 2009 as a Web Developer, where they worked on developing and maintaining a vacancy management system. In 2011, they joined CoBrowser.net as a Full Stack Developer, working on client- and server-side components of a Customers Support system. Arturs then joined William Hill in 2013 as an Application Architect, where they worked on requirements analysis and definition, solutions documentation and coding of prototypes and production-ready systems. Arturs also held the roles of Tech Lead, Security Champion and Lead/Senior Developer. In 2018, Arturs moved to UJET, where they held the roles of Software Engineering Manager and Software Architect. Arturs is currently employed at Planhat as a Tech Lead at Data Team.

Arturs Janevics obtained a BSc in Computer Science from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI) between 2003 and 2009. In March 2009, they also earned a Zend Certified Engineer certification from Zend Technologies.
