Sebastian then held various roles at the Hotel Ritz by Belmond, including Director of Finance and Financial Controller. Sebastian also served as the Director of Finance at the Hotel Ritz Madrid under the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Sebastian's experience also includes working as the Divisional Director of Finance for Trains & Cruises at Belmond, where they reorganized the financial structure for the division. Sebastian then joined the Marbella Club Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa as the Group Finance Director, overseeing luxury properties in Spain, Morocco, and Northern Europe. Sebastian also worked as the Director of Finance, Hotel and Private Residences at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they were responsible for setting up the finance structure for the first Four Seasons hotel in Spain. Currently, Sebastian is the Director of Finance - Group at Planhotel Hospitality Group, where they oversee finance operations for hotels and resorts in various locations, offering all-inclusive stays.
