Madison Orwin has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 with Cotiviti. In this company, they worked as a Records Retrieval Agent, handling tasks such as reviewing invoices, setting pricing, retrieving records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines. They also provided customer service to medical offices on behalf of insurance companies. In 2021, Madison joined PlanHub as a Market Research Analyst, where they researched and identified potential contractors to network with. Their responsibilities included adding contractors to projects and ensuring complete lists for subcontractor bids. Later, Madison transitioned into a Project Coordinator/Support Specialist role at PlanHub, where they reviewed and approved projects posted by General Contractors, merged and declined projects as necessary, and provided quality assurance and support through written and verbal communication. Currently, Madison holds the position of Project Coordinator at PlanHub, continuing to review and approve projects while ensuring the quality of each project posted.
