Nick Vazzana has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nick started their career as a Cyber Security Analyst and Strategist Intern at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2015 and gained experience in software engineering, collaborative communication, and customer requirements gathering. Nick then worked as a Telemarketing professional at Averett University, where they successfully raised $5,000 in support for the university.
In 2016, Nick returned to Booz Allen Hamilton as a Cyber Security Analyst and Strategist Intern, collaborating in a team that addressed the IT needs of senior executive clients. Nick also developed SharePoint sites for a Department of Defense Pentagon client office.
Nick then joined Vorsight in 2017 as a Sales Development Representative, conducting business intelligence research and analysis, and setting up introductory sales meetings with senior executives. Nick sourced marketing material and provided it to potential clients as a Customer Service Consultant at VantagePoint Performance.
From 2019 to the present, Nick has been working at PlanHub. Nick started as a Customer Service Representative and eventually became the Customer Service Team Lead. In this role, they managed a team of associates and focused on employee training, onboarding, performance monitoring, and providing feedback and coaching. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Project Research Team Lead, where they continue to enhance employee retention and manage a team of Project Research Associates.
Nick Vazzana obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems, with a minor in Business Administration, from Averett University. Nick attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
