Bimal Keshari has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bimal is currently working as a Forensic Accountant/Consultant at PLANIT Group, where they engage in investigations of potential fraud cases. Bimal assists special agents in research, analysis, and investigation of mortgage and servicing practices. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Kforce, providing compliance consultancy and support services for global sanctions compliance.

Bimal Keshari also has significant experience at ArcelorMittal USA, where they held multiple positions. Bimal was the Head of Forensic Services - Americas and Manager of ArcelorMittal Internal Assurance, where they set up and directed a new forensic services department and managed a team of forensic auditors. Bimal also served as the Country Head USA East and Manager (Director) of Internal Assurance, establishing a new internal audit department for manufacturing operations. Bimal started their career at ArcelorMittal as a Senior Staff Internal Auditor and later became a Manager of Internal Audit.

Additionally, Bimal Keshari worked as a Senior Manager/Partner at Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, where they executed external and internal audits for various industries. Bimal also co-started and assisted in the management takeover of a client's overseas company. Before that, they worked as an Article Clerk at S.R.Batliboi & Co., Chartered Accountants, where they conducted audits and special assignments for client firms.

Bimal Keshari attended the University of Calcutta from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree. Their studies focused on accounting, auditing, taxation, economics, mathematics, and statistics. Bimal continued their education at the same university from 1988 to 1990 and received a Master of Commerce degree, specializing in accounting, auditing, finance, and taxation.

In addition to their academic degrees, Bimal Keshari has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1988, they obtained the ICWA certification from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants. In 1989, they became a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) after receiving certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 2002, Bimal attained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in New Jersey, USA. In 2004, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from the Institute of Internal Auditor in Florida, USA. In 2011, Bimal acquired the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in Texas, USA. Lastly, in 2014, they completed a certificate course on Enterprise valuations from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
