Srinath Mirajkar, PMP, CSM

Srinath Mirajkar, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Srinath began their career as a Software Engineer at GE in 1988 and worked there until 1991. Srinath then moved on to work as a DB/Software Engineer at Visa Interactive, where they developed applications and implemented triggers and stored procedures.

In 1995, Srinath joined Northrop Grumman as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they worked on the D/SIDDOMS project for the office of DoD Health Affairs. Srinath'sresponsibilities included problem analysis, data warehouse design, and report generation using ORACLE SQL*Plus.

Srinath then joined AT&T in 1996, where they held the role of Principal Analyst/Design Engineer. Srinath successfully completed various projects, including the Air Force SpaceFence project and the Inventory control project. Srinath also worked on the OZ Project, utilizing Java, XMLBeans, Artificial Intelligence, and NetBeans tools.

In 2012, Srinath joined the U.S. Department of Labor as an Applications Development Manager/Team Lead. In this role, they managed a team of 12 Software Engineers and was responsible for overseeing 15+ software projects. Srinath monitored and controlled these projects from inception to production delivery.

Currently, Srinath is working as a Project Manager/Task Lead at PlanIT Group LLC; SalientCRGT. Srinath'stenure in this position began in December 2017. Overall, Srinath's experience includes project management, software development, team leadership, and various technical roles.

Srinath Mirajkar, PMP, CSM, has a strong educational background in Computer Science. Srinath obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating in 1988. Srinath then went on to complete their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science at George Mason University, finishing in 1991. Srinath also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, although the specific dates of this degree are not provided.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Srinath has obtained several certifications related to project management and agile methodologies. Srinath is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), having completed their certification through the Project Management Institute in 2015. Srinath is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), having received their certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2016. Recently, in 2021, they completed a certification in Project Management Leadership through PRODEVIA LEARNING.
