Aimee Simpson

Aimee Simpson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People and Culture Director for Planit Testing in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines since July 2023. Previously, Aimee held the role of Head of Human Resources at ubank, focusing on business-as-usual operations and HR projects during a merger, and before that, Aimee was the Head of Human Resources for 86 400, Australia's first digital smart bank. Aimee's career also includes significant positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Client Services Officer at simPRO Software, where Aimee was instrumental in transforming the organization during rapid growth and restructuring. Additional experience includes roles at Inland Revenue NZ, CoreLogic NZ, and various self-employed consultancy positions, complemented by qualifications in Human Resource Management and Business Management from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
