Jane Antonovich is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in logistics and client services, currently serving as a Senior Operations Lead at PlanITROI since August 2019. In this role, Jane manages reverse logistics operations, serving as the primary point of contact for vendor interactions and coordinating with multiple internal departments to ensure operational efficiency. Prior to this, Jane held various positions at Verizon Wireless from July 2000 to March 2020, including Associate Director and Vendor On-boarding/Compliance roles, where key responsibilities included vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and compliance audits. Jane's career began in customer service and sales with NYNEX, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer relations and operational oversight. Educated at The King's College, Jane holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
