Olli V.

Olli V. is a CX domain IT solutions expert with extensive experience in customer-facing solutions and system implementation. They held various roles at KONE, including Solution Design Owner for field service solutions and contact center telephony, where they managed significant system designs and integrations. Prior to KONE, Olli worked at Konecranes as a project manager and business analyst, overseeing IT system rollouts and implementation processes. Currently, Olli serves as Solution Owner for Digital CX at Planmeca, focusing on CRM and other digital solutions. Olli is pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Management at LUT University.
