As General Counsel for PlanMember Financial Corporation, Byron Bowman brings years of experience advising investment advisors, broker-dealers, investment companies, financial services executives and independent mutual fund directors on regulatory and business matters. For PlanMember he advises senior executives concerning business strategy and matters pertaining to financial services regulation, fiduciary obligations, product development, acquisitions, and corporate governance and recordkeeping. Byron Bowman has been practicing investment regulatory law since 1981. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Michigan State University at East Lansing and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago.
