PLAN of MA and RI is a nonprofit organization offering special needs trusts for people of all ages with mental health, developmental, and physical disabilities in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island communities. 

Our services include trust administration and case management by licensed social workers. We offer trusts that can be funded by individuals for themselves, called first party trusts, and trusts that can be funded by others for an individual with special needs, called third-party trusts. As a nonprofit we are able to provide products and services that offer relief from high bank and trust company account minimums also with comprehensive services.
