Vice President, Equity And Community Relations at Planned Parenthood Great Plains

Kourtney Woodbury has worked in various roles throughout their career. Kourtney is currently the Vice President of People Culture and Equity at Planned Parenthood Great Plains, starting in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Communities In Schools of Mid-America, where they held multiple positions including Director of External Relations and Equity from August 2020 to April 2021, Resource Director for Kansas City from July 2019 to August 2020, and Area Managing Director from February 2017 to August 2020. Before that, they were the Director of the Prosperity Center for Financial Opportunity at Rockhurst University from March 2013 to July 2017. Kourtney also worked as a Green Impact Zone Field Ombudsman at Mid America Regional Council from January 2011 to January 2013.

Kourtney Woodbury has an extensive education history. They earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Public Affairs from Stephens College in 1999. In 2007, Kourtney obtained a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) degree from Park University, specializing in Public Affairs and Non-Profit Business Management and Community Resources. They further pursued their education by completing an Executive Master's of Business Administration program at Rockhurst University from 2015 to 2017, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Currently, Kourtney is enrolled in a PhD program at Clemson University, studying Policy Studies, which started in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 2023.

Additionally, Kourtney has obtained several certifications related to leadership and inclusion, mainly from LinkedIn.
