Senior Creative Producer at Planned Parenthood

Adielenah Perez has a diverse work experience in various roles in the film and media industry. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Freelance Editor and Video Editor at Agencia Roja, where they created webisodes for Coca-Cola and El Vive Latino music festival. Adielenah also worked on projects for Ximena Sariñana, an indie singer-songwriter in Mexico. In 2012, they worked as a Freelance Editor and Subtitler at Realizaciones Sol. Adielenah then moved on to Emigre Films, where they worked as a Freelance Editor from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Karate Instructor at Americas Finest Karate and Kickboxing Academy, teaching children and managing social media activities. In 2017, Adielenah took on assistant directorial roles for three different films: Broken, Embalming Fluid, and Love with a Colonial Stench. Adielenah coordinated crews, managed production sets, and ensured the realization of the directors' visions. In the same year, they joined 522 Productions as a Freelance Editor, where they created corporate and non-profit videos with tight deadlines. Adielenah also served as the Associate Creative Director from 2018 to 2019 and later became the Creative Director from 2019 to 2021. During their time at 522 Productions, they led teams, developed creative campaigns, and guided clients from pre-production to final cut. In 2021, they founded Maybe Later Studios, and in 2022, they joined Planned Parenthood Federation of America as a Senior Creative Producer.

Adielenah Perez completed their education in a chronological order. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Purchase College, SUNY, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. Following this, they pursued further education from 2014 to 2016 at The City College of New York, where they acquired a Master's degree in Film Writing and Direction.
